Approximately 5,000 miles and over 150 years of history provide the only major differences between La Crosse, Wisconsin, and Munich, Germany during late September and early October each year. This time of year both Munich and La Crosse are filled with “merrymaking” and a carnival atmosphere known in both cities as Oktoberfest. 

Welcome to the 16th Oktoberfest USA® Craft Beer Night

Thank you for your interest in participating as a Craft Beer Night vendor at the 63rd Oktoberfest USA. 

Please fill out this form completely. Each brewery/organization may have up to three (3) brand ambassadors to serve product and answer questions, which are included with your registration. All applications must be received by Friday, September 20, 2024.

Brewery Information

Brand Imaging

You may include up to five (5) logos for use in Craft Beer Night promotions. Your submissions should be a scalable color vector version (Adobe Illustrator or similar) of your logo as you wish it to appear in the promotional materials. If you do not have a vector version, you may upload a jpg, png, or pdf file that measures at least 4" x 4" at 300 dpi.

Featured Product Information

Please list the details for up to five (5) featured products, including a two-sentence description (255 characters max, including spaces). You are welcome to bring more than five products, but information on additional products may not be included in promotions due to space constraints.

You are encouraged to have a unique "VIP Offering" that will only be available in the VIP area.

Please Note: Only the information you list below will be included in promotions. If you do not list your beverage details, they will not be included.

Representatives

Please list the name and title of each of your representatives. Each brewery may have up to three (3) attendees to serve & answer questions. Up to three (3) additional wristbands for servers are available for purchase pre-event for $40 each. You may purchase additional wristbands below.

Please note: Processing fees will be added to all packages. These fees may be viewed by clicking "Show Details" below.

Oktoberfest USA® will purchase up to $250 (maximum) if no VIP sampling is offered and $300 (maximum) of beer if a VIP sampling is offered per brewery for this event.

Oktoberfest USA® reserves the right to decline space to any vendor based on space limitations, power limitations, and product compatibility. Should your application be declined, you will receive a full refund for all fees paid to La Crosse Festivals, Inc.

Any vendor (or their employees, workers, etc.) found to be engaging in forced or underage labor, discrimination, harassment, or violation of health and safety standards will be asked to leave the grounds without refund or recourse.

Parking: Vendor transportation vehicles must be parked in the designated vendor parking areas.

Signage/Decoration: Banners and other forms of signage are subject to approval by La Crosse Festivals, Inc. Board of Directors, for both content and mounting methods. You are
encouraged to decorate your space reflecting the Oktoberfest/Autumnal theme.

Any person or organization found to be in violation of any rules, regulations, policies, etc. of La Crosse Festivals, Inc may be removed from any La Crosse Festivals, Inc. event without a refund.
